The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with a balcony providing a lagoon view. While the rooms are quite large, they seem a bit worn and overpriced. The service was exemplary, especially from a long-time Four Seasons employee who ensured all our requests were met. The location on the picturesque shores of Vembanad lake was idyllic, offering direct access to the lagoon. The dining experience, though complimentary, could use some improvement in taste. Overall, a lovely stay with room for enhancement.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice and spacious, tastefully decorated, and our room even had a small balcony overlooking the lagoon. While the shower had a noisy ceiling fan and the lighting was not the best, the overall experience was delightful.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with all necessary amenities and convenient cycles provided for easy commuting. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable, spanning over 400sqft. However, the price may be on the higher side.
